A Hamburg-based entrepreneur selling infrared heaters needed additional liquidity for his company; however, the bank did not want to grant any further loans at first.
The situation was triggered by
- strong growth,
- the separation from a long-standing supplier,
- investments in own products and in the
- expansion of the distribution network.
In this phase of transition, we developed a plan of action, a liquidity plan and a bank presentation for the client and communicated this bundle to the banks, which strengthened relations with the banks and solved the liquidity problem.
