A Munich entrepreneur couple had set up an e-commerce B2B business with cosmetic care products. They now wanted to target the customer group of beauty salons and retailers. This required investments of 300,000 EUR in stock, an inventory management system and in marketing.
Their small local bank did not want to accompany this major development step and in order to switch to a larger bank, a meaningful business plan had become necessary.
