Project description
A wealthy investor set up a venture capital fund. We designed the legal and operational structure and organised the financing through further investors and funding.
In detail, we took the following steps:
- Establishment of two limited liability companies, one as a pure fund and the other as a management company,
- drafting of articles of association, contracts and investor prospectus, incorporation formalities,
- approaching investors, raising equity capital,
- acquisition of subsidies,
- setting up the operative investment business,
- intensive analysis of third-party business plans.
The venture capital firm has successfully established itself in its region and invests primarily in young companies from the university environment.
