An entrepreneur from the health industry had developed a highly effective weight loss product and, after successful testing, planned to launch it on the market as a high-priced consumer drink.
We analysed the market and the sales strategies of the competitors and developed a sales concept. This sales concept, together with a scenario analysis, was incorporated into the business plan.
The business plan was formulated in such a way that the proven effectiveness of the weight loss product was communicated in an easily understandable way – and not overloaded with complicated nutritional details. The market opportunities and sales measures were set out in detail.
